VENUE POLICY:
Please be aware of our policies below
DRESS CODE FOR THE RESTAURANT:
We operate a ‘Smart Casual’ dress code. No sport-wear such as tracksuits and football shirts and No baseballs caps/hats.
Please note – No decorations or balloons allowed in the venue.
TABLE TIMES:
We have a 2 hour policy per booking/table. This is for both the shisha lounge and restaurant.
SHISHA LOUNGE POLICIES:
Dress code for the Shisha lounge is casual and relaxed. We are a 18PLUS venue so physical ID is required. The team have the right to refuse entry if you are under 18. We also have 1 shisha between every 2 guests policy in place. Ordering shisha is compulsory.
LATENESS/ABSENCE:
We have a 15 minutes grace period for all reservations from the booking time. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, the restaurant and lounge reserves the right to release your reservation. If reservation numbers decrease with no prior notice given to our establishment, the team reserves the right to obtain a £10 per person deposit in relation to our no show fee.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY:
Should your plans change and you wish to amend or cancel, please let us know 48 hours prior your reservation time. There is a £10 per person deposit for any group 4 and above which will need to be paid prior to arrival. Your deposit will be REFUNDED back to the same card or payment method used for the initial transaction. Please note that this process may take up to 5-7 working days. Any guests who have paid deposits and fail to show up will surrender their part of the deposit, this means if you book for 5 guests and only 4 turn up on the day without 48 hours notice, you will lose the £10 for the guest/s who fail to make it. We only accept 2 card payments for groups 5 and above. A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill. We do not accept American Express (Amex)
ALLERGIES:
You are more than welcome to bring your own celebration cake with you. Due to health and safety regulations, we will require you to sign a waiver before presenting it to your table after your meal.
CHILD POLICY:
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on our premises from 7pm onwards on Saturday. However Sunday-friday at any time guests can come with children. We do provide child facilities such as a baby-changing areas and high chairs.
Is the food halal?
Yes — Noya London is fully halal, with certification confirming our halal status across our entire food offering.
Do you offer private dining?
Yes. Our Private Dining Room is available for exclusive hire, with tailored menus depending on the day. A minimum of 20 guests is required.
How much is private dining on Saturdays?
Saturday private dining is £70 per person for a 4-course set menu with a complimentary welcome drink, plus complimentary private hire. A £10 per person deposit secures the booking (refunded after your visit).
How much is private dining on Fridays and Sundays?
Friday and Sunday private dining is £50 per person for a set menu, with complimentary private hire. Minimum 20 guests.
How much is private dining Monday to Thursday?
Monday to Thursday private dining is £50 per person for a 3-course menu with a complimentary welcome drink. A £10 per person deposit is required. Minimum 20 guests.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Monday–Thursday: no deposit. Friday & Saturday: a £10 per person deposit is required for groups of 6 or more. Deposits are refunded if you attend, or if you cancel/amend with at least 48 hours' notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
The £10 deposit is refunded if you attend, or if you cancel or amend with at least 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable.
Is there parking?
We don't have a dedicated car park, but there's street parking on nearby side roads. Single yellow lines are free after 6:30pm — please check local restrictions when you arrive.
Is there live music or a DJ?
Yes — we have a live DJ in the lounge on Fridays and Saturdays.
Are children allowed?
Sunday to Friday: children are welcome any time (please let us know when booking). Saturdays: under-12s are welcome until 7:00pm when accompanied by an adult; older guests are welcome any time.
What is the shisha lounge age policy?
The shisha lounge is strictly 18+. One shisha is recommended for a maximum of two guests. Shisha is served in the lounge and the Private Dining Room.
How long is a table booked for?
Standard dining reservations have a 2-hour table allocation.
Can I bring a cake or decorations?
You're welcome to bring a celebration cake (for private dining, an allergy waiver is completed on arrival and the cake is checked for basic health & safety). Party decorations are only permitted in the Private Dining Room, not the main restaurant or shisha lounge.
Is there a service charge?
Yes — a compulsory 12.5% service charge applies to the final bill. A maximum of two card payments is accepted per booking.
