We require a valid physical ID for entry, and our team reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals under the age of 18 to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patrons.
To enhance the ambience and ensure an optimal experience for all guests, ordering shisha is compulsory if you want to enjoy our lounge.
We kindly request that one shisha be shared between every two guests to promote a communal and enjoyable atmosphere.
At Noya, we believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. As such, we do not enforce a strict dress code, allowing you to come as you are and embrace a sense of comfort and relaxation during your visit.
To accommodate all guests and provide an opportunity for everyone to enjoy our facilities, visits to Noya are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per stay.
